Milk's Up is designed to be a nutritious and hydrating support for breastfeeding. It has a blend of herbs which are traditionally used to support milk supply and lactation. Fenugreek, fennel and aniseed are shown in studies to support milk production
How many cups should I drink a day?

We recommend between 1 and 3 cups per day. This can help keep you hydrated and the natural benefits of the herbs can support you.
Will this increase my milk supply?

This tea is designed to be a support to feeding/expressing - it will keep you hydrated, hopefully with added benefits! It is a herbal tea but research shows the majority of women see a benefit with fenugreek and fennel so the odds are in your favour!
Can I drink Milk's Up tea when pregnant?

We don't recommend Milk's Up during pregnancy as fenugreek is shown to affect estrogen levels in high doses. During pregnancy it's important to ensure you don't affect your hormones so instead start as soon as your baby is born.
